I'm Lesly — a wife, mother, and proud Vietnamese-American living right here in the OKC metro. I started LeslyNotary because I saw too many of my own family and friends struggle to find a notary who was on time, who was warm, and who could explain things in their own language.
Today, I serve the entire Oklahoma City greater metro — from first-time home buyers in Edmond to grandmothers signing healthcare directives in Norman hospital rooms. Every appointment gets the same thing: respect, patience, and a job done right.
My mother once spent an entire day trying to find a notary who would come to her assisted-living facility. I promised myself no one else's mom would have to do that again.

A little about me
Off the clock, I'm just a mom who loves Oklahoma.
I'm a mother of two wonderful children — both heading into medical school (yes, I'm very proud) — and a wife to a husband who works in Oklahoma City real estate. Between school drop-offs, closings, and signing appointments, our family lives and breathes this city.
I'm local to Oklahoma and I genuinely love it here. I'll happily talk your ear off about the best phở in Oklahoma City — and in the same breath tell you which crawfish boil is worth driving across town for. Vietnamese food is home, but a great Oklahoman boil with friends in the backyard? That's home too.
I'm based near Nichols Hills and most of my regular clients are in the surrounding neighborhoods — Edmond, Bethany, Mustang, Warr Acres, The Village, and right through the heart of OKC. I know these streets, the shortcuts, the parking, and the quietest coffee shops to meet at.
A soft spot for our elders
Senior and elderly clients are my heart. I'll sit with you, explain every page slowly, and never, ever rush a signature.
