How much does a mobile notary cost in Oklahoma?

What ID do I need?

An unexpired government-issued photo ID — driver's license, state ID, US passport, or military ID. The name on your ID must match the name on the document. If your ID is expired, please call before booking so we can find a workaround.

Do you come to hospitals, nursing homes, or jails?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Hospital and assisted-living visits are one of the most common reasons people call. I'm experienced with bedside signings and will work patiently with the signer to confirm awareness and willingness. Jail signings are also available with advance arrangement.

Can you notarize for someone who doesn't speak English well?

Yes — I'm fluent in English and Tiếng Việt, with conversational Spanish. The signer must understand the document being signed, so I take the time to make sure they do. For other languages, I can wait while you bring a qualified interpreter.

Are you certified for loan signings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I'm an NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent, background-checked annually, and carry $100,000 in E&O insurance. I'm comfortable with refinances, purchases, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, and seller packages.

What payment do you accept?

Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and major credit/debit cards. Payment is collected at the appointment.

How fast can you come?

Most appointments are booked same-day. If you call before 5pm, there's a very good chance I can be at your location within a few hours. After-hours and weekend slots are available at a small surcharge.

What if I need to cancel?

Accepted Answer

No charge if you cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment. Last-minute cancellations after I've already started driving may be billed the travel fee.

Do you handle apostilles?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I notarize your document and hand-carry it to the Oklahoma Secretary of State for apostille processing. Flat $75 service fee plus state fees and any expedite costs.
